My name's Matt, but I won't do what many others are guilty of and say, "I'm quite possibly the most ____ person you'll ever meet, so stfu if you don't want any of that." Quite frankly, I believe that's very much untrue. -_-

Hey, deception sells well in our generation of materialistic, entitled children. That's why the Twilight series probably outsells Poe, Doyle, and Lovecraft at an astonishing rate. That's why we have children in school that would rather solve their issues with fists, not an insistence on intelligence.

No. You'll probably see some carbon copies. Earth has approximately 6,740,000,000 human inhabitants, and here's another fact: thousands of children were born as I wrote this. Yes, I don't follow the crowd, but I'm not alone. That's a source of pride for me, not shame. I've long acknowledged that there's someone like me out there.

I'm seventeen, but I'm self-sustaining as far as the basic necessities of life are concerned. I do my best to work for what's good. I'm a dedicated student, and I'd like to say that I do exceedingly well with my courses. Moreover, I'm also an author who longs for the midnight hours, where imaginations soar and the stars twinkle overhead.

That's where I belong. That's exactly what I like best.
